All of the satisfaction awards are based on feedback from all of our residents, who are the reason we do it. The Best Virtual Tour Video winner was selected as the best by ISL Sales and Marketing team, while Executive Director of the Year was chosen by senior leadership. Thanks to winning the award, our amazing executive director, Andrea Katz, will get her flight and hotel taken care of on a weekend trip to San Francisco. It is our mission to provide exciting, fun lifestyles for our residents, and always in a safe environment so it feels great to be recognized for these efforts!
